1. What SingMentor is

SingMentor is an in-browser singing coach: real-time pitch analysis with your microphone (processed locally, your voice is never recorded or sent to any server), a public-domain song library, 100 progressive 15-minute lessons, vocal drills, a free tuner and a vocal-range finder. Registration is optional and asks only for an email.

2. Data we process

• Account: email, password hash, preferred language (en/es), country (derived from Cloudflare), device class, points, session history and singing metrics, vocal range, daily usage and ad rewards.
• Contact and referrals: contact-form messages and invitations (email or WhatsApp) using one-time unique links.
• Technical: Cloudflare Workers/D1 logs required for security and operation.

3. Google advertising (AdSense and rewarded ads)

• Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-4387653190505421, declared in /ads.txt) may serve ads and use cookies for measurement, personalization and fraud prevention per Google's advertising policy.
• Google Ad Manager rewarded web ads: after the 3 free daily singing sessions are used, you may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad to unlock 3 more sessions that day (each extra block = +3). The reward is granted only when the ad completes. Listening does not consume the allowance. The AdSense ca-pub-… ID never substitutes the Ad Manager ad-unit path (VITE_AD_MANAGER_REWARDED_UNIT).

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google shows its certified consent (CMP) message configured in AdSense → Privacy & messaging. You can withdraw consent at any time from Google's cookie notice.

4. Legal basis, retention and rights

We process your data to provide the service (contract), with your consent (cookies/advertising and communications) and for legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention). We keep your account until you delete it; verification codes expire within minutes and security logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. To exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, email info@singmentor.com.

5. Children

SingMentor is not directed at children under 14 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Do not register if you are below that age.
